I'm gonna be brutally honest with you, it's pretty terrible. The tempo jumps all over the place. If your drummer can't keep a beat find a new one, or record to a click track. For the style the vocalist isn't bad, but you should burn down whatever "studio" you recorded this at. Investing in a bass player would also be a plus, especially for the genre you are going for. I'm not saying this because I dislike metal, in fact I've played in my fair share of metal bands, but you need a reality check.

In metalcore standards, yeah, this would actually be pretty decent, just don't do tempo changes. They sure bug the fuck out of me.

I'm an avid fan of various sub-genres of metal, and this is quite possibly the worst metalcore I've heard. I have a few points I'd like to address:

1. The drummer sucks dick, seriously.
2. Vocals are alright, but poor quality, and get incredibly tiresome after a minute or two
3. Tempo changes are poorly done, and probably shouldn't have been there in the first place
4. It's quite obvious that you're some group of typical scene/emo kids trying to be 'hardcore', stop fucking trying. You're not awesome. Infact, you're far from it.

I am a metal fan from way back, and can often enjoy even mediocre metal just because it is heavy. (Well, when clubbing.)

But this needs to be rethought from the beginning. Not to harp on points previously stated, but:

- Tempo, needs work.
- Smooth transitions into different sections, this could come with rehearsal.
- Quality of sound? White noise disturbed by squeals with no mids or lows.
- Singer: Sounded like cradle of filth's Dani being dunked in the fry vat at Sonic while being kicked in the solar plexus. (Ok, I am just being an asshole here)

All in all, alot of practice with a metronome, some breathing excersizes and adding bass to the mix would help. Also, set up your amps. Think of getting all tube Kranks. If you have tube amps, replace the tubes with Sovtek.

That is about as constructive as I can get.

I actually sort of liked it, so I feel very out of place. Well, up until 0:45, that is. The intro sounds good to me, somewhat generic, but what the hell, it's your first try. Right? However, everyone's right about the tempo changes. That needs to not happen as often, and by not as often I mean not at all. You could market 3 or 4 different song segments as separate songs and I wouldn't be able to tell that they were the same.

It's hard to give constructive criticism on a song that's just intrinsically self-destructive.

The tempo needs work,as it is very noticeably off in large parts of the song, the singing(or lack thereof) needs a lot of improvement, it's very boring, both melodically and tonally, and this is true for most of the guitar as well.

It's just drawing from an already over used, banal premise of music that reeks of tedium and mediocrity.

Learn to like better genres of music
