-How come whenever I'm on public computers Explosm seems to be the only site that's slow as hell?

-How about a filtering system for the New Posts function? i.e. say I want to filter out Spa-No Lighthouse and G&S (just hypothetically), I could select 'New Posts' and have a check list of what forums I don't want included in the search?

-What about an option to change your title to a selection of titles you 'achieved' along with any custom titles you might have gotten?

-Spa-No Lighthouse titles just like regular post titles?

I really like this, although since we're stuck with vbulletin's functionality, I don't know how possible that is without completely rewriting the scripts ourselves (which I try to avoid at all times with vbulletin stuff).

Explosm is getting "dugg" a lot at the moment. According to Kwanza that is. The upshot of it all is that it's bogging down the server with views.

Also, I like the titles idea, though why anyone would want to go back to "complete newb" when they have been here for two years is beyond me. :D

I can third this, it gets really slow loading, or will just not load a lot of the time.

I think Explosm just seems to take longer in general, but at your home computers the connection is fast enough that it doesn't matter. My home computer's connection is pretty shite, and is usually pretty slow at loading Explosm, moreso than other sites. Although it IS a pretty big difference on public computers.

I don't really like the idea of being able to choose an old title, but the option of being able to 'turn off' a custom title isn't a bad one. Though no one would use either of those, I don't think.

I dunno what you meant by this, but it's pretty cool if it's intended in either of the two ways I assumed you meant;
1. Regular titles are filtered in spame to funny ones.
2. In spame, your title goes by your spame posts.

Or alternatively, titles based on number of spame posts. Like if you have 2000 spame posts and 5 others, you'd get a Spame Fag title or something.

It'd be cool to have a way to search just thread titles. If you're looking for an old thread and you use the regular search function, it searches for all the threads that have the word(s) anywhere in the thread, rather than just the title.
