http://www.mtvmusic.com/ is so much better (unless of course, the video can't be found there).
I've spent probably a day's worth of time just going through old videos, generally at higher quality than those found on youtube, and it's much cleaner.
Enjoy!

But youtube is so much more convenient, especially when it shows up first on the google search.

Youtube "tag?"
Seriously though, give mtvmusic.com a try. It's awesome because it actually does what Mtv USED to do back in the day; play music!

Yeah, a Youtube Tag.
[ youtube ] [ /youtube ]
this allows you to embed a video in your post instead of linking off site.

Ohhhhh duh. I've even used that.
I wonder if we could get Kwanza to add a mtvmusic tag.

How much is MTV paying you for this? They're not gonna like the Youtube link in your sig.

It may be true that MTVmusic plays better music video. But youtube videos are of everything and more. It's more versatile. I don't think Kwanza will make a mtvmusic tag.

Sadly, there are no Descendents music vids on mtvmusic.
I wish MTV were paying me, I'm sure I could bank off that. Speaking of which, I have like... 30 URLS I need to set adsense on. Thanks for reminding me.
Dodger,
If he made a youtube tag, it shouldn't be hard to make an MTV tag.
Guys, what if we want to embed "My Sweet 16" episodes into our posts? We might need this, fellas.
Touche, though mainly I want to be able to embed "The Hills" to enhance every one of our lives
lobster bisque anyone?

All he said was that Kwnaza "wouldn't" make it.
And, the youtube tag is used for all videos, not just music so this is not a good idea.

YouTube videos may be of a shit quality, but they show what you want to show despite their quality, they load quickly as a result of this, and there's a ton of videos that aren't just music.
So no.
Some videos on youtube are fantastic quality though.
If you want high quality videos http://vimeo.com is pretty sweet.

And maybe it's just me, but when I link to youtube for music videos, i usually do it as a means of a music player. You don't need good video quality for that.

There is no point to this thread. Why the corporate advertising if you're not getting paid? Faggot.
