Nice attention to detail, but I think you've got cluttering problems again, iFuchue. Gotta think about the layout! The suns in the background are fighting for my attention with the severed head, while the girl's head, despite being in the centre, is easily ignored. (I guess a thick speech bubble is okay)

The grip on the severed head looks unnaturally loose. Heads are heavy, it looks like it's kind of floating there next to her and she's just touching the hair. I think part of the problem on the mustache is that it looks like it could just pop off like a false one.

I think the jaw line of the head is too female looking. Making it a bit more angular will help it to look male. I think it's really good and you're really advancing on your drawing, so the next step would be to add some shading and colour, and this will also help with distinguishing different areas of the picture. Maybe work a bit on your lines too, not the positoning, because that seems spot on, but they're a bit jerky and have a lot of corners instead of running smooth. And the tongue looks a bit silly, it's really really thick.
