I think there should be a public ban kamp forum.
Picture this: Each person sent to ban kamp will have a thread devoted to their post and why they were banned for posting it. Then non-to'd people can come in and make fun of how retarded their post was and just basically insult them as much as they want as harshly as they want.
That would be awesome.

Not necessarily, Mac. Kwanza in introduced Ban Kamp last year, whereas they've had T.O's for a long time. There was just no way for the general public to view who was banned.

No, the ones banned had a big baby face under their names. Those were pretty recognizeable. They also had a big clock next to them. So yeah I'd pretty much say you could tell very easily.

Infractions sounds too sphisticated, I liked TOs. It was simple, easy to understand and really funny.

It was private at first, then I decided it would be funnier if everyone knew you screwed up.
