The main movie I'm looking forward to in a weak, weak month for movies (Unless you're a die-hard Hannah Montana fan... in which case, you have earned my pity. And hatred.). I dig Seth Rogen, and Jody Hill is a freakin' comedy god - he's like a less-mainstream Apatow. Love him.
If you've only seen the TV spots, BTW, you NEED to watch the redband trailer - makes this look like a totally different movie: http://www.traileraddict.com/trailer/observe-and-report/red-band-trailer
There's also a viral site for the movie that's been going around the past couple of weeks; it's supposed to be the "command center" for Seth Rogen's "Special Elite Task Force" in the movie, but it's mainly an excuse to win some free "Observe and Report" sh*t (at least until this weekend, when the movie opens). You can see it here: http://tocatchaflasher.com

I like where he acts like some normal guy who isn't a comedian because he doesn't do anything funny. That's hilarious.
R-rated Mall Cop. I'll see it, I'm sure. Not actually excited, though.

Or actually pay the 5$ for a ticket, if you love it so much.

Torrents suck. The only time they're worthwhile is if it's a really GOOD advance leak (like "Wolverine"), or if you're trying to find obscure television, which is becoming less useful, now that more networks are putting their shows online. Torrents suck for movies because you almost never get a decent copy, and then even if you do, it's not nearly as good as seeing it in the theater.
I love going to the movies; I usually go at least 2-3 times a month. I'll be seeing "Observe and Report" in the theater this weekend, since it opens tomorrow, but that'll probably be the last one that I'll see this month, since the rest of the month is total crap (however, May makes up for it with SOOOOO many good films coming out at the same time!).
I use torrents because I'm very poor.
I am going to see this movie because as Allen said it's an R-rated Mall Cop. I kinda liked Mall Cop and I feel Rogen can deliver some laughs here.
I also want to see and old Ray Liota.
Torrents are for people that don't have friends to go to the movies with them.

This movie was fucking hilarious. It's the funniest movie since Superbad, In Bruges, Happy-Go-Lucky and Zack and Miri Make a Porno; pure gold. The greatest part is that the film doesn't shy away from anything and has a small amount of solid twists and a hell of an ending...fan-fucking-tastic. Definitely worth the $5-10 you'll be paying to see it.
I just watched it tonight and I completely agree with what Houston said. I would recconmend watching this movie.

Okay, ignore these mooks and steer clear of it. It's just really not funny. There are some funny parts, and it's probably worth watching online some night if you're really bored, but definitely not worth the money. I've loved every Seth Rogen film to date, but this was junk. They went for something different and didn't pull it off very well.
5/10.

Saw it, thought it needed a different tone to pull off some of the humor it went for. To quote a guy in the film, "I thought it was gonna be funny, but it's just kinda sad."
Go see it stoned if that's your thing.
It had plenty of funny moments, but I'll never see it again. It is actually pretty sad. I don't know if it's the movie's fault or other shit, but I felt suicidal the whole way home. Even if that was from other shit, a comedy should have alleviated that.
Seth Rogan fist fighting Ray Liotta is pretty awesome though.

I thought the movie was pretty good. I loved the skateboard beat down scene.
I don't think it was as good as Superbad, but it was definitely worth the $7.95.

I loved this movie. It was funnier than expected and I adore Jody Hill's style. Also I didn't feel like I was watching Seth Rogen as usual, I saw Ronnie. All the fighting was awesome too. It was different, not at all like a typical comedy one would expect going in.
