What the fuck? Is this one of those movies where in the end it turns out the kid is going crazy?

Imagine if you’d had a 6-foot monster to help you through the tough times when you were eleven. Someone to live in your backyard shed, hide out in the attic with you watching monster movies, defend you against bullies, someone to be your best pal, always. And the amazing thing? You’re the only one who knows he exists. This is exactly what happens to WILLY when the stuffed toy he had as a child magically comes to life as a very real and very strange 6 foot furball – walking, talking, and marshmellow-cookie eating. Gooby is a fantastically fun Saturday afternoon popcorn movie for kids of all ages. With a giant stuffed monster soaring through the air in a go-cart, how could it be anything else? Boy, a little kid with an imaginary friend based off of a stuffed animal, where they go riding down hills and through the air in a wheeled apparatus? What an original idea. :hmm:

That is terrifying. And that voice over wasn't written worth crap. And I don't mean expensive crap, either. It's not worth an ounce of the cheap Mexican stuff.

Sounded like it was made up on the fly.

"With every childhood comes an adventure. For this kids, that adventure is now."

Did an adventure come with your childhood, guys? I think I got fucked over.

I would much rather see this happen, but I'm sure the execution would let us all down.

Btw, that teacher guy is in every movie ever.

Something in my mind keeps screaming BARF from SpaceBalls even though they don't look alike. And I think it would be a lot less creepy if it was voiced by Dom Deluise. If you don't know who he is your childhood was seriously lacking
