So apparently we now have the technology to stream high performance games over the internet at such a speed that it only lags 1 millisecond. Oh, and you can use this new 'MiniConsole' on any TV, laptop (Mac or Windows), no matter what the specs, and have the equivalent of some high end PC.

The video has most of the info, but it's an hour long so I don't blame you if you don't watch the whole thing:

All I can say is that it sounds way too unbelievable. It would be a dream if their 'custom silicon 'could hold with however millions or billions of people end up using the console. It would be amazing. But I don't believe.

Discuss.

We had a thread about this a while ago in which I wrote an embarrassing amount about how this won't work. It still sounds like bullshit.

This sounds great in theory, but will never work. There are way too many logistical issues to guarantee that everyone would have a lag of one millisecond. Some things are just too good to be true.
