Relaps, this is so good. Probably the best I have ever seen.

You're getting really good with the shading and your poses are getting a lot more natural. The improvement since the beginning is quite evident.

The only thing I don't like about this Deadarm is the line thickness on some parts of his body (right forearm overlaying the bicep, for example); It just seems too... thick. Other than that, he's sufficiently bad ass.

Well, the tablet has a line thickness option, depending on how hard you press down the pen. I personally dont see any real trouble with it.

As usual Relaps, great work. I love the proportion of the arms relative to their size, and the muscular definitions don't look over exaggerated and blend well with the fighters themselves.

One minor thing I have to say is that boxers wear their shorts at about their naval, not their waste. Though that takes nothing away from the picture at all, and is really very minuscule.

Longshot! A Dieselpunk "Crimson Skies-ish" plane that I drew. I didn't use a reference picture, so I sorta just winged it.

Relaps, I like it. I don't really feel the light spots above his eyebrows look right, though. but maybe that's just me. The line to the right of his hair thing on his chin is a bit weird. And the vertical lines on his forehead extend too far above the bridge of his nose. I feel as though they look strange being there. But then the forehead is too blank. You should have curved horizontal frustration wrinkles on the forehead, to add a bit more detail to that area.

In short, I think it's great.

If you want nitpicks: I love using a lot of detail in my drawings as well, but it seems like there are almost too many lines, like the one on the right side of his chin, which seems unecessary. Also, I think there should be a bump where his left eyebrow is.

But again, that's just nitpicking. It's a grand drawing.

So I had an urge to start a comic series, and when I got home from Winterblast I started something. Dunno how it'll go, hoping you guys will tell me if bending over backwards and sucking on my own balls would be better use of my time than doing this.

Here are the first two pages. The comic will probably be all black and white with grayscale, but that'll style will probably alter in time. Certain pages, like chapter covers and shit'll be in color.

The building's alright, I just meant the foreground and background feel really flattened. Like he's looking at a mural on a wall.

Yeah, if you could make the tree's to the back of the forest smaller and up the contrast of the foreground slightly it should improve a lot.

Can you do layering in flash too? It might be a good idea to start trying that out, if the cliff was drawn over the tree's it'd add more realism.

Not using flash, but do have layering. I could change the color of the surrounding cliff to a darker shade than that of the trees, and make the trees smaller.

Make it less obvious that they are separate trees, just make it look like a big mass of leaves. Every so often through out the mass add the top edges of a few trees so it's not one solid blob.
