Nah, but I'm not maths centered - I already dropped maths after effectively not doing it for 3 years (still went to class, just did shit all). So I'm understandably finding the maths side to physics a little challenging to keep up with. Like I said, conceptually its fascinating and I enjoy it, but ultimately I'm going to get better results if I center my attention on more text based subjects, like history and english.

Why the fuck do I constantly complain about being bored and have nothing to do when I'm just not looking in the right places? And why the hell is it so goddamn difficult to find a decent partner these days? I swear, potential partners are nowhere. See I totally agree with you on that, but on a larger scale economic models have probably managed to do more good than harm to the economy. Economics has stimulated applied mathematics and vice versa (econometrics is the name of the field which most applies here, BTW).

THe more social side of economics is kinda bullshit though - at the end of the day it boils down to common sense with fancier words.

I'm bored of being alone, but I can't talk to people enough to get any social life going. I mean, I do have friends and stuff, and I talk to them, but they never invite me over or anything. Granted I don't invite them over either, but I thought since I interact with them at school so much they'd at least ask me to do ONE thing with them. The thing is, even though I want them to ask me to do something, I have no interest in asking them to do anything. This is because I like to be alone more than I like to be with people, but I WANT to be with people - I just don't want to initiate it. I always think that if I ever invited a friend from school over to my house or something there would be nothing to do - and that has happened. Whenever I am hanging out with friends I'm always thinking to myself "man, I could be doing [something] if I wasn't with these guys" ([something] is just something I could be doing if I were alone.) and when I'm by myself, I'm always thinking "man, I wish I was with some friends." It's just that I have no "good" friends. I want to actually do something with the people I like, but whenever I hang out with the 1 or 2 friends I do hang out with outside of school, it's usually just at one of our houses doing pretty much nothing.

Then there's driving. I started driving last year but I don't do it very often -like not at all. I finished drivers ed but that doesn't help me. Like, I'm so apprehensive while driving its ridiculous. I want to just be a good driver right off the bat, but I KNOW I have to practice to become a good driver - and I don't want to practice. Mostly because I just "don't feel like it" but whenever I make a mistake, even the smallest one, I get so nervous and I lose confidence. I WANT to want to drive, it's just that I don't.

I wish my life was better. I see other people's lives and they are having fun with friends and driving and doing social activities, while I'm stuck in my house doing absolutely nothing. Most of my "friends" either don't think I'm a good enough friend to hang around or I don't think they're a good enough friend to hang around, and that makes me lonely. And then one day out of the blue I got in one little fight and my mom got scared , "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air." I whistled for a cab and when it came near The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare, but I thought, "Nah, forget it. Yo, holmes to Bel-Air!" I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie, "Yo holmes smell ya later!" Looked at my kingdom I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.
