So a while back, I heard about a movie being made about the life of the drummer from The Who, Keith Moon.

This is an untitled project starring Mike Myers, and is apperantly being released in 2010. The movie has been set to be made for a few years now. I'm wondering if anybody knows anything more about this film? And on top of that, what people think about it.

Will be interesting to see how they do this, especially if Mike Myers is Moon. I don't know a ton about him, all I know is that there will be scenes of smashing drum kits.

Why do they always have to pick a known actor to do things like this. I feel like an unknown would be preferable.

I want to believe he's Moon. Not fucking Meyers pretending to be Moon.

Perhaps, but I think Meyers would be able to replicate the wacky antics of Moon.

I'm looking forward to this.

This does sound pretty interesting. I'm assuming it would be better than most of the dead musician bio flicks, mostly just because Keith Moon was such a character.

I agree. Did you see the movie about Jim Morrison? I cant remember the name of the movie or the actor, but the guy that played him was excellent and I hadn't heard of him until I saw that.

Val Kilmer played Jim Morrison. The film was called "The Doors", and it pretty much shit all over Jim Morrison's image, although it was decent.

And it's Mike MYERS. Myers.

I don't know how they would get Myers to look like Keith in the early days of the Who, but I'm excited for this.

Isn't Mike Myers Canadian? Hell, this should be interesting.

"Daltrey is producing a biopic about Moon called See Me Feel Me: Keith Moon Naked for Your Pleasure, which will be released in 2009. Comedian Mike Myers will play the main role and may have to take drumming lessons to suit the character."

I hate the title.

Ya the title's pretty lame. I'm sure there's a good reason for it?
