If it were any other race of beings, I would think the exact opposite. People die, they get buried, and... Thats about it. They don't do anything anymore. They're dead. Convincing someone that there's an invisible man living in the clouds (when we've explored everything, and further) and he controls everything and everyone all at the same time, seems like it should take more of a thought process.
Believing in complete bullshit is accepted everywhere though, and nobody really wants to bring attention to it. People just like to BELIEVE there's some sort of afterlife (heaven, loads of virgins, all you can eat denny's... ect...), because if you didn't have something to look forward to nobody would give a shit about anything but themselves.
But then again I've always considered human race as a retard-strong relative of the ape. So my opinion may be a bit biased.
