First, take two boxes of rice, cooked.
Label each one. Basically, "I love you" on one, "I hate you" on the other.
Spend each day telling each appropriate rice box how much you love or hate it.
Do this for a few weeks.
Have fun!

I've done this with two puppies, and it works. The outcome is amazing compared to what I expected.

Gladware is brand name though, the other "Storage" one just seems generic. If anything the generic brand would be the shittier one.

I was gonna say this weeks ago (but forgot), but it seems this has been resurrected.
The fact that mold grew in the Hate box means nothing. If mold grew in the Love box, you could claim that your kind words encouraged other organisms to grow there. Mold isn't necessarily bad.
