Saw a trailer today of a movie that looks pretty good.

It stars Dennis Quaid, who I like so it should be ok. Here is the plot line from IMDB...

"After a terrifying biblical apocalypse descends upon the world, a group of strangers stranded in a remote truck stop diner in the Southwest unwittingly become humanity's last line of defense when they discover the diner's young waitress is pregnant with the messiah"

You can tell it's a piece of shit just by the plot. Hasn't this been done before in some form?

hahahaha it looks so bad. I liked the begining of the trailer though and the part where the old lady was a demon.

It looks like it could be campy fun or complete shit. Maybe if the exposition from like minutes 2-3.5 of the trailer was cut out of the movie completely.

Also did we see dennis quaid die in the trailer?

Thw whole movie is gonna be zombie/demon killing. Even if "the Messiah" being born is in it, it's still the same generic supernatural action flick.

Why would they show the star of the movie explode in the trailer? I mean he has top billing in the credits. I think I just changed my opinion on this film.

I don't think that was Denis Quaid that bubbled up. I think it's the guy that got bit by the old hag. Darker hair, no stubble and he's got blood running down his face from the neck wound. I could be wrong though.

This actually looks like it could be mildly entertaining. Doubt it will be anything more than violence though.

Dennis Quaid is a fuckable Bill Paxton. Or at least a Bill Paxton I can tolerate.

EDIT: Paxton is a year younger than Quaid, making Paxton the unfuckable, unlovable version of Dennis Quaid.
