View Full Version : Bringing It Back: Werewolf Game
Is anybody interested in participating in the Werewolf game? It floated around the G&S a long while ago, and I personally had a lot of fun with it. I'd run it, unless someone else had a deep desire to.
Rules for those unfamiliar: X amount of Werewolves, X amount of Townsfolk.
Townsfolk vote on who they lynch, trying to kill wolves. Every night (or whenver I get all votes) wolves PM the GM (me) and tell me who they want to be killed.
I write up a little blurb about it, hopefully humorous, and the then everyone tries again.
Depending on the number how the guessing goes, clues MAY BE included in the posts.

It's close to impossible for the villagers to win without clues. Clues in how people died would be nice. The problem is the villagers have no indication whatsoever who the wolves are because the wolves could just not post in the thread and pick the victim. I'll join.

Exactly. I'm a 3 Game veteran of this, and I've seen the strategies.
I'm gonna do hints, but they are gonna either be very vague, or very roundabout.

Though I think, like in the last two games I played, that there be a greater amount of villagers than werewolves.
Oh yeah also villagers shouldn't be able to contact each other via msn or PM either like the other games.
Seeing as we have some people interested, can this get stickied until we start?

We don't. The townsfoke a.k.a the non-werewolvs have to guess who they are and kill them. Also no one knows who anyone is exept them selfs

You'll get a PM when the game starts telling you if you're a wolf. Quadros will post the full rules and explain everything as soon as we have enough people.

Only because there was a mass killing by fabz because it was getting shitty. So they killed off a couple of werewolves for us.

Well, like I said originally, clues will be a high probability, especially for those non-posting. However, Quadros has taken over the game, and will have the final say for the rules.

In Brazil we play this game all the time in big gatherings. It's usually more fun when half the people are high/drunk but this'll do.

I didn't know whether I'd even start posting here again... But I still like the cartoons and browse the forums occasionally.
