Just a quick note to say that the book is now availably to buy in all good book stores across the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany and France! What you waiting for? Haul your ass to the nearest bookstore for a copy or if you're feeling lazy, purchase one from http://www.amazon.co.uk!

Here's a list of remaining release dates in other countries:

Australia: 1st December 2009
New Zealand: 1st January 2010
United States: January 19th, 2010
Canada: January 19th, 2010

Just an FYI to Canadian's...amazon.co.uk ships to Canada and the shipping cost was reasonable. I got 2 books for less than 40$CAD with shipping...

Horray for amazon I had mine pre-ordered from the UK website it should be stoving anytime now. Love that Im getting the hard back version instead of waiting two monthes for a silly paper back version.

Will the book be released in The Netherlands?

If not, is the German version English. I couldn't quite tell if there were translations or just all English.

I'll go into your Germany for the book, if it won't be sold in the Netherlands. ;D
