Almost all the characters have shading, they're large, mouths looks nothing like any of the authors.

Well, I have never (I don't think) seen that joke before.

It would seem, In my humble opinion, that everyone is just saying that something is old, because it might have been in the hundred and forty something pages so far in this thread, and you just don't have the balls to go through and find it. Plus, even if nobody has made a comic out of it, I have never heard the joke, and I don't really find it funny enough to be a joke I would remember anyway. But it was still funny compared to some of the shit in this thread, like CrumPoker's crap.

So now, I get on to advice to Crumpoker.

(A) One thing I don't like is the thin-ness of the lines in your comics. Make them bolder.

(B) I also don't like the many styles. Stick with one until you get good at drawing it, and make sure it's a good style at that. I don't wanna have to clean my eyes every time I see one of your comics.

He has a song entitled "I Get Money", which I would assume is the weak joke involved. I stifled my vomit long enough to think of that, because it's horrible. Also, it literally looks like he just copied a Rob character and used the bucket fill to make him brown. Is that a pokeball on his neck?

Well, Crum's last one I thought wasn't too bad. It was quite funny, just that the art was a little weak. If someone like, say, The Hatted One (Hats Of!) remade it with better art, we'd all be bowing down to him and praising him as the lord and saviour (Don't ask me why O_o).

On a lighter note, I did like your newest one, Oh Holy Hat.

PMF, that one was a little weak. The use of copy/paste for the greyish-green dude (on the right) is a little degrading.. Plus, then, with his angry face, mind you, he asks the supposedly fat CrumPoker to have sweaty man-love with him.

Well, Crum's last one I thought wasn't too bad. It was quite funny, just that the art was a little weak. If someone like, say, The Hatted One (Hats Of!) remade it with better art, we'd all be bowing down to him and praising him as the lord and saviour (Don't ask me why O_o).

This comic isn't very funny... my aim was to get familiar to the "how to draw a C&H-like comic". So, at first I've made it on Paint, and after that I decided to make it on Macromedia Flash (yes, it is a lot easier).

About the shading, I was inspired on Savaril comics... I like the shading that he does. So I tried to do something like it (probably failed :P).

I looked at r c a f's for a while before I realized those weren't his arms and legs going crazy, they were the bottom of a sheet that's over his head. That one's a bit funnier than the original, but still, the joke needs work. Also, the mailer-daemon one is something only a nerd would get, and even then it's not very funny. Although I laughed at the effect you gave it, it just looked like a guy with a transparent sheet. You can try making your characters white, make them float, shape them like the classic ghost, or all of the above. I liked it more with a ghost than with another guy coming to push him down.

It was alright shading on the characters was good but overall drawing detail was a little poor. The punchline wasn't that bad, I didn't think the last frame fitted in with the rest of the joke as well but I did think the third frame was gonna say something else so there was some unpredictability there, which is good.

PS. Those weren't my first tries I've done lots b4 but don't worry about it =)

Ant, what program do you use and how do you use it?
It sorta looks like paint, but there are some parts that dont...

I draw them in paint then resize them to about 90% their original size in word. If i need a word to be on an angle in the comic then I copy it from paint into ms word and rotate it then paste it back into paint. Just simple stuff really. I do most of them on my works laptop so I can't install photoshop or anything.

Some good comics on this page especially burnsi's, nice one! Keep 'em up. Here are another two comics, I know they are pretty crap compared to others on here but I needed to post something to show you all I'm still alive.

On this one, the long lines between the eyes and one of the eyes and eye brow and eye and mouth is to make the logistics work, just cut out the black and when you spray it smudge the wet paint over the lines.
