Ah, clever humour. It could've done with some better artwork, but overall the presentation seemed good. Thanks for the comments on my comic to everybody, it was my first one in MS Paint, I've been using photoshop for about a year, year and a half, but my computer broke. So I'm borrowing my friend's old one, and desperate to make SOMETHING.
I know, it seems drawings and gif compression don't mix well.

Mr. Tentacles & Innocent Schoolgirl is not a punchline-joke comic and is not an elaborate novel. It's just what I believe is a droll story about a huge schlong, that's all there is to it.

And panels aren't compulsory if you know how to direct the reader through the comic.

Your art is spot on, I just prefer your zany, random style. Hats, I'm going to be honest, but you REALLY need to check over your English when you make comics. Communication is one of the most important aspects in getting the joke out there and if you don't carefully go over your English it just makes no sense. I know it's it annoying as English isn't your first or most fluent language, but it really makes all the difference in a joke if grammar and spelling are the last things the reader worries about.

As far as I know, flash is a program used for drawing pictures, making films and animated avatars.
Most animated films in the internet are made with flash.
But it is really expensive.
Free programs like gimp should do fine.
