Hamilton Academical Football Club - the only team in the UK who are undefeated! Top of the first division and just whipped Kilmarnock (Premier League side) with a reserve team in the cup.

James McCarthy is the wonderkid - he'll play for a big team in the not too distant future!

Yep you're right. Last game they lost was a preseason friendly against Salzburg. Since then the only game they've even dropped points in was the 1-1 draw vs Blackburn, aside from that they've won every game - including Champions League.

i have to say that i am a huge Georgia Tech fan for mainly basketball and football (and other sports too, but i dont really follow those)

The Bruins I don't mind but I can't stand the Avalanche. Colorado just simply pisses me off. Almost as much as Pittsburgh. God, I hate Crosby.

That said, my favorite NHL team is the Vancouver Canucks. They're my hometeam and I love them, although if I had to pick another it'd be the Detroit Red Wings. Like I said, they're a fun team to watch.

I don't watch any other sports though...

I went to every game of the season except Rd 1 in Perth against Freo. I went to Sydney, to Brisbane, to Melbourne 6 times and I was there for the lucky win against Hawthorn in Tassie, and for the lucky win against Geelong at Kardinia....I thought we had half a chance at the weekend, but we got beaten by a way better team on the day and we were crap. Geelong were deserving Premiers

Cheering for a good team is fine if you have a good reason, like enjoying their style of play or respecting a certain player on the team. Bandwagoning sucks, period. (Though you can still appreciate Crosby's skill without drooling all over him.) You'd like my cousin, he's a Canucks and Wings fan - and get this, he lives in Calgary.

This is the most respectable reason to call yourself a fan of any sports team. Of course, if that home team is the Canucks, all the better.

Dude, with Matthew Knights as your coach I can't see you doing anything in '08.

I watched him coach a lot when he was back at Alberton coaching the Port Adelaide Magpies. He coached us from a finals contender to a club that missed the finals twice in two years (first time thats happened in something like 80 years). He couldn't coach us or anyone else out of a paper bag. From what I heard he wasn't much better at Bendigo.

The only reason he got the job was Carlton forced your hand and Essendon got caught with their pants around their ankles with Sheedy's exit. Should have given Damien Hardwick the job in my opinion. Only time will tell, but I can't see him coaching out his 3 years.
