Turn "Media Whorehouse" into a section, put media forums underneath it

This is sort of a derivative of my other idea.

"Media Whorehouse" would be one of the divider lines, and then under it would be "Movies" "Games" "TV" "Music"

That way people who wanna discuss the subject or get info can do both much more easily.

Kwanza and I revamped the index so the forums take less vertical space. Forum tags kind of eliminate the problem off too many forums making it cluttered and confusing, since you can just glance now and find the forum you want.

Thoughts?

Oberlin, there'd still be rules for flaming, so I don't think it'd get very out of hand.
I'm aware, but I was just pointing out that there won't be a great deal of general discussion.

I really don't care one way or the other, but if you make it at least I won't have to sift through the occasional TV thread.

With the MH now, I mostly see Videogames with a side of movies and a hint of music.

So your idea could either bring about more topics, or just make one forum next to dead. It's a toss up, but it wouldn't hurt trying.

I don't see how it would make any one forum next to dead.. The activity, at worst, will be exactly the same.. Just divided among more forums. I think it could do some good though, people may be more apt to post, for example, music stuff, if they know it's not going to be buried in a sea of "NEW SEASON OF THE OC IS OUT ON DVD".

Perhaps. I was just thinking along the lines of a huge ass "Videogames" category and like, 8 threads in "Music" or "Television".

I'm all for it. I never come in here so this is the first I've heard of it. If you do one mod to each forum, I'll totally just go with movies. You have no idea how much I dislike reading through people's music opinions, reading shit about games I'll never play and TV I'll never watch.

This will probably encourage more posting. That's what happened with every other forum
