What are they?

I went on my profile earlier after looking at a thread in Spame and I realised I had 1 "referral".

What does this mean? Is it good or bad?

It's when someone uses your name when they sign up, so you become the person who referred them to the site, hence the referral. I don't think they even matter at all.

Tally as far as I can see. If it was actually worth something, people would abuse it.
