They look so professional because they are professional. They definitely get paid to make these comics, otherwise they wouldn't have servers, daily updates, and an international book.

People rarely ask for money for something they are passionate about; they find a way to compensate simply because it's something they love doing.

Fanart was hated, because most comics sucked. Like yours.
If people would put more than 3 minutes into a comic, it wouldn't suck so much. Then fanart is great.

Actually, we've had several fanart threads. 5 now I think. Each time, they become full of shit comics and have to be closed just so people will stop getting the idea it's OK to post such terrible (often stolen) jokes. Though describing them as jokes is really being liberal with the term "joke." The most recent one barely lasted a fortnight.
