Ive only been to one concert and that was Disturbed when they came to Melbourne in Sept 08, best night of my life.

I'm going to have to say Amon Amarth in 2007 for me. The support was pretty good, but Amon Amarth was epic. The toasting of the horns was good. Fate of Norns tribute to Vitek was powerful. Johan Hegg signing is sooo powerful live, without him trying too hard. Runes To My Memory was the closing song if I recall correctly and I still remember it perfectly clear every time I listen to the studio version, and still have an urge to say "oi" when there is just over a minute left near, I think it is around 3:15 on the studio version.
Ozzy put on a good show too. |
