Alright, so we can now confirm more release dates for the book. A lot of people from different places have been asking how they can get their hands on the book, so here's a full release schedule for you!
Australia: 1st December 2009 New Zealand: 1st January 2010 United Kingdom: 29th October 2009 Switzerland, Germany, France, Republic Of Ireland: 29th October 2009 United States: January 19th, 2010 There you go! Hope this makes things a little easier. More release dates as we get them!
