Ok, first of all, I hope everyone knows who emo's are, if not go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emo

So, what do you think about Emo's?

There's nothing wrong about Emo's. People shouldent make fun at Emo's, just becouse they are different than others and think different.

I concidere myself an Emo. The only thing that lacks on my is the hair. wich will eventualy grow long enough for me to cover my eye.

What makes someone an Emo?

I think what makes someone an Emo, isnt just how they look like hair, cloathes,listening to Emo music, ect., but by their behavior aswell. Now I think that you still can be Emo even if you dont cut.

If the person isn't a fashion emo and doesn't whine all the time to me, it's OK.
Also cutting and emo aren't that much connected. People only think that all emo's cut because that's how the word goes. Most of the cutters are usual people who you wouldn't ever think of doing it. As for you, I think that you're not very "emo" if you just go and tell everyone "HEY I'M EMO"!!. I'm just so very sick of those people who say that they're emo because they like to dress like that.

There are different types of emo's. There are the ones that keep to themselves and are the true emo's, they don't get out much and really don't talk to anyone. Then there are the type like yourself Emo_boy who are starved for attention, who resort to a unorthodox way of getting attention by wearing dark clothing and protesting they are emo to the world and how horrible their life is. I don't have a problem with anyone, but don't pretend to be something you are not.

And all these kids that are clearly just trying to fit in with the stereotype of "emo"

By all means have a fringe, by all means have skinny jeans, by all means wear slip-on Vans, by all means look however you want to look

But i hate that these "Emo's" assume they're completely unique
and the whole "emo in your screen name" thing completely proves that they're just trying to fit in

I feel emo's are basically ultra-romantic wannabes who avoid actually doing anything in life, instead choosing to bitch and whine about how life is unfair and how everyone makes fun of them for these things.
I also feel that if you're emo, you should go fuck yourself. I feel this very strongly.

I don't dress like Emo. Nothing close to Emo. I don't try to fit in. If I would want to fit in my name would be someting like: Explosm_fan or explosm_is_cool
