I just found out my best friends mom ran over a little kid. He didn't die, but still. He sprinted out in front of speeding cars, so i think it's his fault, really.

They're probablly gonna get sued like OJ.

Unfortunately, that's probably true. The law is really tough on a motorist hitting a pedestrian. So much that it seems unless one can prove that the pedestrian threw him/herself in front of the car, it's the motorist at fault.
