It's very much like you said, sketchy. But it fits, the whole picture looks like it's the base for something better that just never got done. Certain things are off, like his left eye being noticeably smaller then the other, the bridge of his nose looking very odd, but it seems to go with the style of the picture.

Unfortunately I can't say it's very good, but it's very well done stylistically.

Interesting, very well drawn, I didn't notice those mistakes pointed out above, until they were pointed out.
It has a slight feminine look to me, despite the lack of hair.
But it flows, all the colours with the picture, just look right.

I really like your character style, but I'd love to see you draw the same guy from multiple angles. I'm really curious how far this guy's nose sticks out, how deeply set his eyes are, etc.

Expand on this guy. He's got potential.

I didn't notice the mistakes posted above until Godly pointed them out D:
I did notice however that the eyes seemed to be too high (if you were aiming for the human look that is). I imagine it was due to the lack of hair that they seem on place but really might not be (once again if you were aiming for the human look)

But theres nothing wrong with a little difference, because really, in real life, things that are paired in/on(?) a human body are usually different from each other. The goes for eyes, ears, legs, hands etc.

Anyway, I like the red in his eyes. And I don't really think it matters that some things have uneven sizes, it looks good. Good job :)

The jaw line is creeping my out abit but its pretty cool to look at. Make him from a different angle so some of some of the features can be seen like eye depth and nose length. Pretty sweet though.

The background really does the trick making it look creepy...also, really good job on the eyebrows. Most people can't draw them worth a shit.

I think it's really amazing drawing, i wish i could draw like that. Fantastic use of colour's in the background too, as like, everyone above me has said.
